💅 Soft But Sharp Nails – Client Policies Welcome to Soft But Sharp Nails! Thank you for booking with me. These policies help ensure every client has a smooth, safe, and enjoyable experience. Please review before your appointment. ⸻ 1. Appointments & Booking • All appointments must be booked in advance through softbutsharpnails.glossgenius.com or by texting/calling 719-428-6852. • A $15 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. This amount will be applied toward your total service. • Please arrive on time. There is a firm 15-minute grace period. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment will be cancelled and your deposit forfeited. • Service times vary from 1–5 hours depending on nail length, design complexity, and service type. Please plan accordingly. ⸻ 2. Cancellations & Rescheduling • Cancellations or reschedules must be confirmed and accepted within 24 hours of your appointment time. • If cancellation is not confirmed within 24 hours, your deposit will be forfeited. • No-call, no-shows will be charged 100% of the service total and may be denied future bookings with Soft But Sharp Nails. ⸻ 3. Payments • Accepted payment methods: Cash App, Venmo, Apple Pay, and Cash. • Remaining balance is due immediately after your service. • Prices will be confirmed at the beginning of your appointment, unless you make a major design or style change, which may affect the total. ⸻ 4. Health & Safety • Please arrive with clean, bare nails unless you’ve booked a removal. • If you have cuts, infections, or contagious conditions, please reschedule your appointment until healed. • Children are welcome, and one guest is allowed per appointment, as long as they are respectful of the workspace. ⸻ 5. Aftercare & Guarantee • Please follow all aftercare instructions provided to maintain your nails. • Soft But Sharp Nails offers a 5-day repair policy for any lifting or breakage due to application issues (not client damage). • Repairs outside that timeframe or caused by external damage will incur a small repair fee. ⸻ 6. Environment & Etiquette • Soft But Sharp Nails is a home-based salon; please respect my home and workspace. • Smoking and vaping are allowed, but no eating during the appointment. • No filming or photos without permission. ⸻ 7.
